I had the honour of sharing with the students at Madrasah Irsyad Zuhri Al-Islamiah how they could use my “Ace Your PSLE English Oral” guidebook to help them prepare for their PSLE journey! It was an amazing session! The session ended with me writing PSLE encouragement notes for the students to motivate them to do their best for their PSLE journey 💙

Recently, I launched my 9th assessment book, available at my centres and Popular bookstores. This book is designed to help students master one of the most critical life skills: public speaking.

Since the PSLE was introduced in the 1960s, the Oral Examination in English has grown to carry a 20% weighting—the highest in history. This trend may continue to rise, or it may not. But one thing is certain: public speaking is a skill that will remain invaluable in the next decade and beyond. How has public speaking not been a greater focus in National assessments until now? 🙈
